So how do I find out my usage without contacting Support?
Account went dead yesterday, restart modem.. works for 2 minutes and then nothing. Switch to WA and all is fine.

We are working with our partners to build access into an existing portal that has been developed, as a temp measure (it also opens up some nifty new features as well). I may actually have this open for some customers by the day's end. PM me your username and I'll check for you quickly, and see if I can give you early access.

All portals are being developed and tested at the moment again and should start deploying soon.

Anybody here having issues with Unotelly?

I've been having issues with google all day. At the moment www.google.co.za is resolving to 74.125.71.94 and is not reachable with a ping.

Browsing there is working intermittently.

Cool! Will send through my details when I get home. No access to personal mails on site.

Yup, we've seen it on our side too. Already popped them a ticket about it. Also seeing some weird routing from their DNS at the moment and some failures.

'Fraid not. We ran it as a loss leader for some time but considering that the majority of our support's staff time is spent on Telkom related issues, and how we've invested in going above and beyond on DSL lines, we cannot run them at a loss any longer.

Pity.

Where does one find your referral code? If I want to refer someone to Crystalweb and earn R10 discount per month?

Should be sorted now on their end.
