well just did a DSL Interrogation on cust line,
found a funny thing it say their dsl rate is 8128kbps..
try a test later 2day adn c what is say then.

ATUC Current Rate 8128 kbps The current downstream speed established between the DSLAM and customer’s modem, e.g. 4096k, 512k or 384k.
ATUC SNR 13.1 dB The signal level compared to the noise level. A value above 6 dB indicates sufficient signal strength. The higher the signal value, the better. Does the customer have an electric fence? This could cause an increased in noise levels resulting in a reduction of this value.
ATUC Attenuation 5 dB Attenuation refers to resistance. If this value is high, then the signal quality is low, and vice versa. Is the customer far away from the exchange? Long copper lines could be the cause of attenuation. A value above 55 dB is of concern (bad).
ATUC Max Rate 384 kbps The max downstream speed governed by the DSLAM at which it communicates to customer's router.
ATUC Min Rate 192 kbps The min downstream speed governed by the DSLAM at which it communicates to customer's router.
ATUC Alarm State No Alarm Is displayed if any faults are found on the DSLAM port.
