wow, well done.
About 10 days into trying to lose some weight. Lost 3KG's thus far. Adjusted my eating habbits and pretty much only drinking water during the week. Also started riding the indoor bike a couple of days ago.
Well done - Sho, don't you get tired to do exercise with nearly water diet ?

I am eating like salads, chicken etc. what I meant was I only drink water, no soft drinks or beer etc during the week. Will probably have 1 beer and a few whisky's tonight.

New garmin S2 scale arrived this morning, so I just jumped on it for shits and giggles knowing that it's not a consistent time...

I'm not going to claim it this week, given the different scale and the different timing (this was after exercise and a good post-workout poo)

Weighed in first thing early morning and then 3 hours later after 1 hour of tennis. From 92.4 to 90.75.

Water loss magic as I sweat like crazy.

Not expecting it to be like this tomorrow but it was just a test. Expecting 90kg zone by first week of April.

92.05kg so 7kg loss since 1st Jan. Seems on track. Nearly 2kg dip 2 days earlier was due to water loss as expected - was too good to be true.

I swear it is so hard to keep off food, especially carbs.
True story.

You got to be really disciplined and fight off those cravings.

/edit I caved in to KFC last night - fortunately, didn't go overboard.
Still at new low this morning.

I can stay off sweet stuff easily enough... but **** a packet of chips is totally irresistible

I can polish off a party-pack by myself

Same here. Last week, I did eat 2 pizza slices for 2 days for breakfast but then controlled the diet later on that day but it is really tough.

I think I am getting a bit tired more than usual (due to less carbs?) but still at least 14kg to lose so can't drop the ball now. Getting impatient as well but that is part of process I suppose.

What do you do for snacks inbetween meals? Biltong not sustainable due to price. Peanuts? Popcorn? Fruit also not a good idea IMO .

Yeah, I could also give up sweets very easily. I used to gobble up Lays but that nearly stopped. I just take 2-3 chips just to stop craving once in a while.

Varies every day and depends on what is available at home. Avo, water, cucumber, yogurt, peanut butter, hot milk + homemade almond+cashew nut powder. And yeah, one banana a day as it apparently helps with my BP
