Careful of peanut butter. Loads of carbs.Varies every day and depends on what is available at home. Avo, water, cucumber, yogurt, peanut butter, hot milk + homemade almond+cashew nut powder. And yeah, one banana a day as it apparently helps with my BP
/edited for clarity - on Atkins post induction you're allowed most nuts, but not peanuts as they're not true nuts but are legumes and are quite starchy
