I'm trying to stick to low fructose fruits. It's mostly strawberries, apricots and oranges. I do have the occasional mango or nectarine though.

The scale, as far as I know, is electronic and accurate....

Yeah, I know that, but without the positive reinforcement of the initial weight drop, I doubt I'd be doing this in the first place.
When my body is firmly into ketosis, and things are cemented, weight will become a moot point, as I'd like to work on building some muscle and getting fitter in general.

I'm feeling much better today regarding the tiredness, etc.
Also, when I ate yesterday, I added a whack of cayenne pepper, which I suspect might help with the fat digestion?
