How many times per month do you "cheat" on or stray away from your diet and/or exercise program?
Do you think it makes a massive difference if you have a burger with chips once or twice a month?
Well, I haven't been doing it that long, but I will not eat anything I cannot. That way lies madness and belly-fat. The furthest I've strayed is to have two apples in one day.
