Weight Loss Thread 2014

I thought I was doing OK with my minerals, I figured I was adding enough salt to my food...
Early hours this morning I woke up with terrible cramps in my calves - didn't help that I did legs last night!

Anyone with a recommendation of a all-in-one minerals supplement? Sodium, magnesium and potassium.
The guys that are just adding salt to water, how much, and how often exactly?
 
I'd steer clear of all-in-one supplements as they tend to have incredibly low bio-availability, unless you opt for very expensive options. Rather opt for the individual supplements and be sure that they're the correct synthetic version of what you require. Do a little research on each supplement requirement and search for decent options that match the criteria of your research. Or just up your natural intake of these if you can...

The pancakes one is from a friend. Want some replies before I give more details...

Aaaaarggh... just give the damned recipe already and sell me a loaf of that bladdy bread infernal damnations and blistering blue barnicles.

60ml/g cream cheese...
2 eggs
1 - 2 tsp xylitol
0.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp cinnamon

Blend/beat, let the bubbles settle for a few minutes, and voila.

Cream cheese is better at a warmer/room temp. But cold works fine with an electric blender.

Breakfast has just been sorted.

Methinks honey instead of 1 - 2 tsp xylitol for me tho'.

/am also serious about buying a loaf of your bread. just sayin'.
 
Xylitol is awesome stuff. Honey is still packed with carbs...

But... I have honey in my kitchen.., I would have to go out and hunt some Xylitol before I can scoff on these later this morning.

Also, methinks honey carbs are OK in moderation also too as well every now and then from time to time :p.
