Don't have my real meal revolution book handy now and can't remember.

Soy sauce with stirfry. Yes or no?

Can't find any stirfry with soy sauce. The book says so stay away from soya/soy, but he does say MSG-free soy sauce is fine now and then. Some of the recipes call for 3 or 4 tablespoons for the entire dish so don't overdo it and you'll be okay.
 
Had 500 gr steak with:

Mushrooms cooked with butter and cream with garlic
 
Chicken stir fry. No soy. Just salt and pepper. Was a 80/20 split of vegetables and chicken. All fried in butter.
 
You chow a lot of fruit PP, fruit be bad no?

As per the book, staying within 25-50g/100g carbs per day will maintain ketosis.

Allowance per day, and the fruits I sometimes have, from the Orange List:

Blueberries - 1.5 cups
Nectarines - 2
Strawberries - 25

The above dinner was for 2.5 people, so I would have only had about 10 - 12 strawberries and a 1/4 cup or less of blueberries.

That bacon is insane, but I think normal streaky bacon would have been better for this dish.

Also want to work on the pancake recipe a bit. I only use jumbo eggs, so probably need to add a bit more cream cheese. The pancake in the pic looks like an omelette. :D It was the 'first' side in the pan though, so more cooked. I'd like them a little whiter, perhaps more cream cheese.
 
How were the Valentines Day Meals? :twisted:

I had about a tablespoon of mash and a couple slices of garlic bread. Half a bottle of white wine too, but I don't think I overdid it, considering.
 
3cm off all the right places this week! Best part is that I can see some awesome muscle shape going on :D
