BBM for Android, iPhone arrives

I'm in exactly the same boat, do they really expect me to spam my contacts with "This is my Pin please add me?"

I got the e-mail right away. No waiting.
Got it working, have my whole family on it not and a few friends.
I just posted my pin on Facebook and my friends can add me as they see fit.
There is sometimes a slight lag when typing messages, so that you end up with double characters, but otherwise seems to work OK.
Will have to see what effect it has on battery life.

What que?

I downloaded the app, inserted my email. That was yesterday. This morning I launched app and just signed up. I didn't even get no email.

Its not that they "can't", they explicitly stated that they won't support tablets

If they could I'm sure they would - it only makes sense to support tablets - so I'm sticking with "can't".

The problem is WhatsApp is tied to a single device (just like BBM used to be, until now). So even if you did get it running on your tablet, you would no longer be able to use it on your phone.

So you are saying that I can run the same BBM account on two phones? How do they go about with the messages, invites etc.?

whatsapp works on my Note 10.1.
worked on the Galaxy tab before that.
Hell, I even had it running on my PC at one point.

still not working on my galaxy s3. still says no connection. I don't even get to the part to enter my email address. Could it be because my phone is rooted?

No, you can only run it on one device. The BBM on my BB got disconnected once signing up on the iPhone.

Don't think so- my device is rooted and BBM works perfectly.

Okay cool so I can rule that out. It is so frustrating because everybody is talking about this email but I dont even get to that screen. Mine says "opening BBM" then "No connection found" and I have full signal and data.
