I tried whatsapp, got a response, posted my question and now silent for and hour and a half .I think of you did the install through Supersonic it won't work but I stand to be corrected.
Have you sent them a whatsapp number?
As far as I know as soon as vumatel marks the line as installed Supersonic will be able to activate the data. Maybe Vumatel has not marked it as installed yet? No idea though.
