Dual network is still in the pipeline, and in fact we've already begun this implementation behind the scenes in some cool ways you probably won't even notice. Credit card payments...ai...I'm still getting this in. With the change of networks, we are having to redevelop every piece of our backend, which in turn requires a change to the customer portal, so all previous dev work on this went out the window and we've had to start again.

No calendar month for now, but I will be introducing this later on the capped accounts in all likelihood considering the planning requirements moving forward on capped.
 
I'm actually going to have this changed to 4 connections as well on capped. No reason to limit it to 2 for now as there is sufficient capacity on the capped side (separate to uncapped on the network) to handle peak loads with concurrent connections.

This is, well, somewhat correct, but in terms of shaping p2p is setup to contend higher than other protocols in peak. You can expect similar or better performance to the WA home capped accounts. In addition, we are also introducing a premium capped offering with lower contentions on all protocols overall.

Careful!! Those WA/IS accounts perform BEAUTIFULLY!! Don't over commit! :p

Shaun, could you also please chase up my query from Thursday when you get a chance. For some reason I was charged for ADSL rental for Jan (pro-rata) and Feb by Telkom. They claim my line was requested to be moved back to them in Jan already. I certainly didn't ask for this so I'm not sure who the culprit it.

Performance looks good today, I'm happy so far. Also, I was wondering when the site will get a FAQ, since I was hunting about for the DNS addresses and instead of bothering support for it, I had to dive into my e-mails to find it.

We're pretty much redeveloping everything on our end. I have a meeting with the developers regarding the new website this evening in fact. I'm hoping to push that out this week together with some other significant changes.
 
What has changed ito downloads?
Speeds have been good since the weekend?
Routing via Cape Town.
 
Speed is slow on my capped account this morning, getting only 25% of line speed - I thought capped accounts should be able to get line speed? This is on NNTP by the way.
 
CW should expect a huge increase in Netflix bandwidth this Friday/Saturday as the third season of House of Cards comes out.
