The CW Premium servers are supposed to be 2000+ days. I'm not sure about the IS servers. I think someone said 180 days.

Are you trying to move everybody to the IS server / fade out the Premium server?
Support told me to try the IS server. Did not even try to look at the problem?
Hi crystalweb, I am on a capped account, what happens when you reach the cap? Are you warned or cut off.
I know we did follow this up for you with them late last week to get syncing back to the full speed again. Will continue to do so..

You can monitor your account using your ADSL username and password to login to capped.crystalweb.co.za where you can setup how the notifications work for the account. The account will be hard capped if the cap is reached.

Makes life easier, I see I am on 90GB anytime capped. What happened to the 100GB summer promotion that I signed up for?
Couldn't spot an issue on our side - not exchange related at all due to the upgrades happening?

Do you know what irrates me more than anything else is that I never know how much data I have used during the month - I log into the portal & just get a blank page?????? I get usage stats every morning that never gives me how much I have used during the month & how musch I have left?? I am very frustrated with this side of things!!!!!
