Steam has a scheduler, but PS4 only has a pause function. I really wish the PS4 will receive a scheduler soon.First evening gaming on CW.

I'm over the moon. What an awesome experience.
Everything I wanted works extremely well - XB1 live gaming, NNTP after midnight full speed, great streaming on Netflix and OSS on Kodi.
Well done guys - keep this up and I'll be here to stay.
2 things:
- support said there is a temporary useage portal for capped users but didn't have the details - can someone please pm them to me ?
- Like one other user commented, I see Twitch TV doesn't like streaming at "source" quality (I'm on 20mbps VDSL) - can someone please look into prioritising that traffic, it was fine on VOX.

Downloading Nvidia drivers. Speeds constant for minutes at 110, then 93, then 137. Just bought a new graphics card, had AMD before. Surely stuff like driver downloads shouldn't be shaped? Driver size is 295MB. So painful.

Downloads are shaped dynamically. All downloads move over the Telkom IPC network which is the biggest cost to an ISP, no matter whether it is cached or not on our end. It has to reach your connection over Telkom's IPC last mile network. Hence why in terms of classifying a download, it doesn't matter to the ISP what it is. We cache things to bring them closer to the edge network to make them faster for you and to avoid having to pull international throughput every time a popular file is downloaded, but in real financial terms it doesn't make much of a difference because of the imbalance of IPC cost vs international breakout cost.

It certainly is, but it will shape in peak, that's for sure. Unshapes dynamically as well. We can't unshape streaming and downloads at all times - that would amount to an uncapped unshaped account for all intents and purposes. Survey responses indicate no issues from customers on this front by and large. Give us time though to evolve the product range - pretty sure we'll start the ball rolling on some industry-leading products in the near future.
