For a short while. I am training up our new Social Media Rep, he will be the Client Care Executive on Facebook, Twitter and MyBB.
In the meantime, I will be here to assist.

Your website is a bit confusing with those capped accounts.
If I buy one, does it come with unlimited night-time (or whatever you refer to midnight->6am as) at any line speed or is it limited either by cap or bandwidth in any way?

They are a bit confusing I agree.
They come with Unlimited Late 00:00 to 06:00.
The Late cap falls away and becomes Unlimited even if you reach your Peak cap.
The Speed is limited to 10Mbps until 1 March 2015 then it will run at the speed of your line whatever that may be.
The reason for this was we have recreated our bandwidth Management system and had to have things settle first. Things are looking REALLY good so we will be removing that artificial limit.

It needs a coding change so that it can give the Peak + Unlimited reading.
For now, we advertise it as a Total, but with a message that states the Unlimited promotion has been extended for life.

For clarity purposes: what is it that you consider a spam or troll post? Is it anything at all that delves into the allegations against Openweb, or is there a less broad definition one can use to know what you will and won't respond to on the forums?
