I use the MikroTik, I wouldn't even say I use Vox as my ISP, I've been using ExitLag for a month and once that sub expires I go back to never turning off Warp+.

So my ISP is basically Cloudflare and Vox is in there somewhere as a background actor.
 
Cabled computer

8ms 95.8Mb down 97Mb up but my internal network is maxed at 100 so internal machine congestion as well as wifi.
 
Buddy of mine has the vox mikrotik router installed. The wifi has no credentials and is open to anyone. The installers said this was a common problem and could not resolve it. Is there a forum representative that can assist with resolving?
Also don't have the password for the routers interface.

Your buddy would need to get in touch with their service desk. All these things should be managed by their NOC.
 
When did Vox started degrading gaming and VOIP services?

I have to VPN in SA to have good ping now. What a joke!

What is the go to ISP after vox?
 
I have a strange problem with VOX, communicated with 3 people from their technical team
My download was 100mb I would get around 98 on average my upload should be 100mb but I was getting around 10 yet they confirmed my line was a 100/100

Now with the upgrade in speed my line is 200/200 download I get about 198mb but upload it maxes out at 16.1mb on any device I try wifi or wired.
 
Anyone else struggling with speeds on Vox lately? 600kbps download on 100Mb link?

I had issues yesterday but Im currently running full speed in my 100/100 line on Vumatel in JHB
 
There were Vumatel issues all over. Day before yesterday my line dropped 8 times. All good now after Vumatel fixed something.

Yup, that's why I left them after having used Vox VDSL for over a decade.
Their Fibre was pathetic.

After the 5th technician reading from the script, telling me "Sorry sir, we do not guarantee international traffic", I lost my ****.
So I moved to Cool Ideas after having kept an eye on their Feedback thread and how they help folks with detailed issues.

Immediately my international traffic problems were resolved - so they were 100% lying to me the whole time about "the issues" being beyond their control.

Check the CISP feedback page where the engineers help with specific program/game network path optimizations.
