I'm having problems of late during a gaming season. Latency issues makes the game unplayable.
Latency goes up to 2850ms far cry from the ideal 200ms.
This happened over the last two day's. Time frame between 17H00 and 20H00.
Last night i tried to do a pathping to blizzard that failed to the 3rd hop which is Telkom.
If i ping Telkom IP sub 15ms replies. I also cant us WinMTR. It shows always 70% packet loss.
In real terms i would not even be able to use your reporting structure or either play online.
Is there a way that you guys could monitor the line and find out where the problem lay's.
When i switch over to the backup account i don't see these problems.

As it turns out, on Tuesday your DSLAM was moved to the new Telkom BNG network. Unfortunately this gateway has had a few troubles the last few days, but we've been informed that it was fixed this morning and should be working now 100%. Please do let me know how it goes this evening as per my PM to you.
