What is the difference between the premium uncapped and the basic uncapped?

Ive been following this thread. wanting to move to CrystalWeb.
one thing I do notice, a lot of questions or general feedback is ignored and only queries or people with a problem is seen too.
Unless other questions are answered in PM, but I want to see a response like with WhatWhat's mobile app he is creating.

I see most are happy with the feedback and how the network is responding, but I'm just scared this is another "OpenWeb" in its infancy.
the MD is the only person responding with a client base that is growing.

But I will say I am willing to give it a try. but would like to see open dialog within the forums that is true and honest.

I am willing to fork out R1000 a month for a proper capped decent network at around R300 Gig month.
the midnight to 6am kind of sucks as I'm sleeping not streaming. i just want a flat 300Gig total.
what bugs me there is home capped, business capped etc. Capped is Capped, why the differences ?

The MD tends to respond to things on MyBB in order to prevent communication broken wires - a dedicated communications manager is quite far down the line (although we do have a Chief Barking Officer). I pitch in now and then but usually of a more pontificating nature. We don't treat the thread as a ticket response setup - so if one response covers a few posts it tends to be made in that vain.

On the mobile app matter: I have corresponded with him by PM - necessary permissions and disclaimers and that sort of thing

Thank you for the feedback.
I will probability will try out your services.
If you can direct me if there is an option to purchase a 300Gig capped account for a month that isn't broken down into day/night.
that's all i need at this point, I am moving away from downloads and only stream media and on the odd AA title on steam download the game. and this will usually take place while I'm awake. and if needed top up if reaching capacity.

Thank You, much appreciated and loo forward to feedback.

just ignore the added 00:00-06:00 data and you're good to go.

but if for some reason you want the product to advertise 300GB only,

Appreciate the feedback.

Having a "social media" team will come along. For now I think we're doing a pretty awesome job at communicating via the forums, and I take care of it for now because, well, I don't yet trust an employee to take ownership of the MyBroadband community just yet. I am however in the process of training up guys to take care of this.

I try to answer as much as possible, and if you see a query unanswered it's quite probable that the communication moved to a PM or support nature instead. If there's anything obvious missed my guys usually trawl the forum frequently and let me know too. I'd rather they be concerned with actual support than the MyBroadband thread, which is 50% PR, 40% queries, and 10% general off-topic chit-chat.

As for why the differences between account types, it's because there is no one-account fits all solution until everyone has uncontended, uncapped fibre to the home. :D

Hence why there are differences. 1) to keep things affordable for us and for you; and 2) because variety is the spice of life, and many people don't need or want the same experience online as one another.

If these guys cannot sort you out. I will personally pay you whatever costs were involved. That is how strongly I know that they are able to cater for you!
