busy looking into a DNS related issue that has flared up, the rep account will post as soon as we have feedback
 
Problem appears to have been localised, and has been resolved, but we'll continue monitoring.

I'm currently experiencing extremely poor speeds on my 10MB Home Premium account.

Websites won't load. I can't load up crystalweb.co.za to even get onto your chat support.

Any help?

Line is completely down now. Router has already been power cycled.

See above. There was an issue, but should be resolved now. Let me know if not, and what DNS you are using. Network notice section on the site was also updated.

Still not getting any sort of connection, so I can't view your Network notice.

Switch to Google DNS please. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and flush the DNS, then try again.

Looks like there is a widespread issue hitting multiple ISPs. Looks to be resolved on our test lines though.

Apologies. There is an issue on-going now affecting multiple ISPs and it's quite an odd one. Something has broken in a critical location affecting quite a few locations now. We are looking into it and I know Telkom and IS are investigating. I'll update as soon as I can for you.

Okay I look to be back up and running now, albeit a little slow.

Yes, something is broken indeed. I'm on Axxess, weird page timeouts, dns issues.
 
I couldn't reach unotelly dns servers for a while a bit earlier
 
Crystal Web just some more questions before signing up with you guys. I stream content from XBMC, how will streaming be affected on your network, will I get shaped or will it be at full speed?

Secondly I play online with my ps4 will this also be at full speed? We barely download anything only on our phones and tablets and the odd game download on the ps4 or updates.

If you have a line with them and maybe use the it for the same services I do please post you view as well.

What kind of account are you looking at?
Most of them prioritise streaming if I remember correctly.
 
Either capped or home premium uncapped account.

I am on home premium uncapped and streaming is definitely prioritised, as is gaming. And the support guys are very quick to investigate if the performance of either is less than stellar.
