Anyone having authentication issues? My line is connected but no authentication.
 
Yep was was working a few mins ago. Just died and now wont work
 
I can connect to my backup account. My wife's pc won't connect. It looks like there is a problem with the profile again at the exchange...CW was able to fix it last time...can they fix it again? :)

Go onto live chat and ask them
 
Will chat to them in the morning. The last time this happened my old mega router worked while the tp-link would not due to the problem. The mega router is working at the moment so not in a big hurry to have it fixed right now.
 
My authentication has died as well... Unable to access website either so no support...

*edit * Should mention I cannot access the site using my cell...

Yeah I don't think a power cycle will fix it. It was working fine all through D3 and then red light on the router. Also, not being able to access the website tells me that the issue is deeper than a power cycle ;).
