LOL, I also cancelled yesterday, you must be a VIP, I didnt get a call, all i got was a generic message with my ref #, so ye bye bye

Some feedback :
After eventually getting around to sending my cancellation letter yesterday, Dane from OW phoned me up, endeavored to resolve my issues, and ended up issuing me 3 x new accounts.
Tested the accounts since yesterday....and all seems well again.
