Maybe it's just my account that's performing like this, but if this is the service we're paying for then I don't know how they can justify charging money for it.
Tried cancelling, couldn't.
Money just gets deducted every month. Only a 5gb acc, which I don't mind keeping, but still not kosher.
Ok my turn to also jump ship finally
4mb "GOLD" uncapped account. Flies between 5pm and 8am, then nothing, zilch, fokol, niks. Couldnt even load gmail, so i asked them to check my account. I got full speed to speedtest.net, and 0.1k/s to ANY other site. Their throttling, sorry i meant shaping policy has become a big fking joke. Ive told them off and emailed my bank to stop any further money going off. Enough is enough.
Yip - it took me over 3 hours to get on here via my 4mb uncapped adsl account. But Speednet worked perfectly all along which tells me straight away that they prioritise and throttle like crazy. Going to cancel tomorrow.
Been a while since they started by-passing speedtests from their aggressive shapers/ throttlers, crook ISP crooksss!!!
I'm just saying:
I made a very big whooha about this a few weeks ago. Cancelled with this scum and moved to WA (just as useless) and they are doing exactly the same. I suspect is IS that is enforcing this rather then the ISP themselves.
And so went another awesome experience with OpenWeb. Leon and the team are great! I really enjoy working with them and get the impression they would almost bend over backwards to assist. Nothing but good things to say about OW.
Been with them for years and always get easier to recommend.

Think I initially signed up with them from my 384k line speed days. Been smooth sailing since then. Excellent line speeds and great support 24/7 whenever it was required.
