Been waiting on the line for telkom for an hour already. Just to do a port reset. This is fscking ridiculous.

Hate them so much.

try an hour in line at the store to dispute a payment of R3k to be told to come back tomorrow

then get told over the phone that you have to wait 30 days
 
I don't recommend moving a line. This is the reason:
Dealing with Telkom support is very trying. It can ages just to reach them and support tickets are often mishandled - maybe even summarily closed. If we delegate that rough job to a company, they just don't have the time or inclination to follow up or follow through with the deadbeats at telkom. So your best line manager is yourself via telkom.
Plz don't post ur poor advise here.
My line has been with CW for a while now and its better this way.
Line issues, send email to support, problem fixed. No hanging on for an hour trying to get thru to Telkom helpdesk.
 
If you would lower your line retail prices i would move to you but at the moment i am getting it cheaper somewhere else.

Then there is in all likelihood a line fault IMO. You'll need to send through the tests for us to check out though. Busy watching Netflix at the moment and there hasn't been a single Netflix complaint for weeks from anyone. I can confirm no Netflix issues on the network at all...

Which tests can I run for you. I'm on a Mac so it can't be a pathping or anything that can only run on windows.
 
An mtr test would be best for now. To our site and to an international site...
 
Last time i asked a agent it was 279. My line will be move back to hellkom and then to you guys. Or can i do it directly?

P.s. Was a few months ago that i asked and the email is around here somewhere if you want proof. Or if you have my support sessions it might be there.

Also wanted to say that my internet has been awesome since Desember even http speeds have been great.
 
We dropped DSL line pricing two months ago. It needs to go back to Telkom then to us thereafter... :)
 
will start the process on Monday. Just hate dealing with telkom. They always seem to f**k up one's month...
