Downloads will be shaped when the network is under load but generally will be unshaped. Other than that completely unshaped.
 
You can add a line to any product when you check out, and the line will be at the discounted pricing. ;)
 
I wonder, does Crystal Web shape all P2P traffic? As far as I know GTA V Online is P2P based. When I play it, I get terrible lag with local players and they complain about me teleporting all over the place.

pretty sure the way the game uses P2P is a bit different to how file transfers are done. Maybe CW can comment on this a bit more

GTA online has its own traffic signature. And the open world doesn't use p2p, only matchmaking lobbies do AFAIK.

Whenever I torrent the night before, I get terrible ping on TS the next day... What's up with that?

Tracker probably still advertising your IP as having the torrent, and so directing loads of tcp connects to you?
