I'm on home capped and this is not the 1st time I've had issues with streaming. If anything, it happens whenever there's a really big game on this I need to be buffer free. I keep giving CW the benefit of the doubt hoping it'll get better, but it never does.

Currently watching the game on my phone on Cell C. Yes, that's right, Cell C 3G is better at streaming video than and ADSL account. You heard it here first.

Honestly contemplating cancelling, the account always seems to work when I don't really need it, but when it's of high priority I can count on it to disappoint.

Strange only had 5 seconds of streaming issues tonight. Rest been running perfectly. You sure your exchange isn't a problem?

Sounds like a deeper issue than an ISP problem really

Uncapped Premium... Not as lucky as some people on these business accounts you know...

Well, I am planning to move to a 7mb Uncapped Premium account next month as I am burning through data using Netflix... 10GB last night just using Netflix.... Netflix uses all bandwidth it's given, so it proved it with streaming in HD last night :P

Hence the move next month, or sooner if they allow me (email sent and apparently they will let me know on Monday)

What does your line sync at, if I may ask?

Well, this is a contentious issue..... I used to get a consistent 8.6mb line.... then Telkom changed over to their "automated" sync setup... and I now get 6.8mb consistently...... so, after 1 year of 8.6mb, I lost 2mb... but anyway.... that is what I am getting now :)

Watched some of the Stormer vs Cheetahs game and all of the Bulls vs Lions game streaming via SuperSport.

Had one spinning circle for about 5 seconds.
The rest was flawless and a pleasure to watch. Routing via Cape Town using 4Mbps Premium uncapped.

I know how you feel. I used to sync perfectly at 4meg but then the "automated" system of theirs made me sync at 3megs so I settled for 2x2meg lines.

Identical performance profiles. As in literally, they do the same things at the same times for the same reasons, on capped, except premium where we've built new controllers from scratch...

Thanks, but I am happy with WA's service, so will stick to them.

CW capped runs on the same profiles as WA

RIP for you when it comes to support at WA

Thankfully I've rarely needed support from them. So I am not to phased about that been with WA for 5 years without issues.

Since moving to CW - I am being DDoS attacked like there is no tomorrow - I saw earlier in the week that CW was being targeted..
