Able to watch 2 secs video, then 30s buffering, and the process loops.
So much for watching the Floyd vs. Pac match. :-(

Streaming from what service? I suspect the popularity of this fight resulted in numerous "streaming" servers being completely overloaded at the time...

Since moving to CW - I am being DDoS attacked like there is no tomorrow - I saw earlier in the week that CW was being targeted..

Snort picked these IP's hitting my VOIP port - WTF?

SA has been targeted in general. Not us specifically. Started a few weeks ago. A certain ISP went down for many hours nearly entirely because of it as well earlier this week. Our systems are smart enough to attempt to mitigate it as well now...
 
Any specific evidence pointing to you being DDOS Attacked by those IPs?

0nly the fact that I received a email while on CW Test account last week that they were being targeted. I have a whitelist of IP's that can access the port, so my log shows those IP's hammering that port for 36 hours..... I could not even browse or open sites - dog slow.

Weird thing is - only since I subbed with CW.

Coincidence. I can assure you. There are quite a few posts about this in the thread, as well as a network notice as well. There's a widespread attack against SA IPs, and we've seen it hitting multiple ISPs, including us.
 
I ordered a capped package yesterday but I still haven't received an invoice and I can't seem to find where to get that info from any control panel, etc? I can use Snapscan but I don't have an invoice number as requested.

The account is working but I haven't yet paid anything for it. Is this normal?

It will generate this evening. There are still some manual processes that take place with the invoicing side for now, which we are deploying more automations for. Should be with you this evening or tomorrow morning. You can also use your ADSL username as the reference for now. :)
 
I streamed all three fights and the only hiccup that occurred were ten minutes before the main fight began. Checked my Firewall and it was a news server file that came in and that used about 75% of available bandwidth.
It completed in seven minutes and never had a hiccup again. Thx CW.

That was the exactly the very reason I decided not attend.
Yep having to park the jet next to some yobo from east London (or East London) or Jersey really puts a damper on an otherwise enjoyable day trip to Nevada
 
After my move from AH this month I actually missed the mobile client that they had... so yesterday I quickly hammered together a very basic Android app for myself.

It uses the public endpoints from WA that the ClientPortal uses, so the data is "correct". I say "correct" as I just have my business capped account to dev against, so it might be completely borked for uncapped and home accounts.

There is a heap of things that I need to improve on it (more modern layout, view historic usage, multiple account support, etc.) as at the moment it is just proof of concept spaghetti code.
