Been with CW for a little over a month on a home capped product
Sometimes I wonder why youtube looks so darn good, then I realise it is because it is automatically hitting 1080p, which almost never happened with my previous ISP. Good times :)

I think the only "complaint" I could possibly make is that I overestimated how much data I need, so I am technically overpaying atm :p

I am on capped account and when i watch twitch.tv it is very slow but late at night it is fine.

More likely there's congestion on this guy's exchange.
Traceroutes to a few well known servers at the times when twitch is slow would be useful.

Yea... No... That's a streaming site...

Its not advertised as a cloud torrent service.

So your statement makes no sense.

Feedback Time!

After being on the Business Premium Uncapped since the start of this month - after being on a different CW account before this.

I can say this account is nothing more then amazing! Everything just works at line speed all the time.
Twitch streaming is godly. I used to get a latency of 14+ second to the broadcaster, but now it is never higher then 8 seconds and more often then not around 6 seconds which I have never seen before on any other ISP.

Thanks for this. These are our custom shaping profiles that we designed, and we directly manage. Hence the super performance. We'll be doing more of this over the coming weeks and months now, following feedback. :D
 
21hours and still no email/invoice from accounts :(

Taking awfully long just to get an invoice so I can make payment.

Should have the process automated like the majority of other ISPs

It is automated for the most part, but I recently introduced a manual process temporarily while we change some things on the backend, which was spurred on quicker than expected by the top rated ISP announcement. If you PM me your details I'll have it sorted out for you quickly though. :)
