I have a problem that repeats every 3-5 months
My ADSL Speed slows down and it takes me a month of fighting and screaming to get it fixed, every time.
Only once a senior technical person from both Afrihost and Telkom are involved, it gets resolved.
I firmly believe that there is a rotation...
I have no idea if this is in the area or just our home. But I have a 4Mbps line, and cannot even pull 1Mbps of download speed.
So I contacted Telkom a few times, asking for a technician to come take a look. They said they will see if they can fix the problem and send me an SMS when it's fixed...
Can Axxess please confirm if the "Restart Connection" in the app is still functional? Does this serve the same function as port recreate?
My internet slows down every now and then, using the "Restart Connection" makes no difference even after waiting for a day. However when phoning help desk...

Anyone else experiencing this issue:
Phone the helpdesk on 011-6127200 and then all agents are busy. I then go into a queue. Number 6 at that point. Drop to number 3 and then back up to number 9.
I'm not sure if the queuing system is working problem.
Any ideas?
