Im a new customer and my gaming experience so far is less than stellar. I constantly have a 350+ ping to battle.net, see below 388msec. Is this gonna improve or what? Even on my soon to be ex openweb account my latency is around 200

Browsing is very slow tonight, but torrents seem to be full speed.
How are your guys pings for dota 2?
Just was in a game - constant 120 to 140 on za servers. My pings in game are pretty meh all round. Room mate says wow is also pretty crap ping in comparison to other isps. What are your guys thoughts? DLing is something completely different though - always a great experience - except twitch streaming, cant even do that at low >,<

Hey guys. The authentication issues have struck again for a few accounts. It's very random and seems to be an issue with auth packets being sent properly.
The gaming pings I have personally reported now but we're looking for common factors at the moment as it's resolved for most customers.
I'm not in the office at the moment or I'd be on it, but will hopefully be in the next 3 hours...

That's almost certainly not related to us. There are no issues causing these symptoms right now. As was suggested, please do post a tracert / pathping / winmtr test to our site...
