Netflix is streaming perfectly, but HTTP browsing to anything (local or international, but especially international) is slow as molasses right now.
Anyone having the same issue?

EDIT: Browsing is perfect on my backup AH capped account.

You sure Netflix isn't saturating the line there?
 
Well I'm obviously not testing HTTP while Netflix is running :)

Short answer: no, Netflix isn't the culprit, something's wrong somewhere.

EDIT: No wait, live chat isn't on the front page.

It is. It's on all pages.

But it looks like I spotted the culprit. I was trying to divert all chats to me which sent everyone else offline and the system freaked out a little.

Can you try again for me quick?
 
Hi guys,

There seems to be an intermittent authentication issue at the moment. Please do not reboot your modem or switch connections for the time being until I can get confirmation out that it has been resolved.

This is a precautionary notice only, as it doesn't appear to be affecting all customers (we only have two reports so far of it) but rather safe than sorry for now.

I will update as soon as I can.

For anyone having an authentication error...

Short answer: no, Netflix isn't the culprit, something's wrong somewhere.

Then have a chat with support. We can try to see what's going on there.

Have just done so. Same story unfortunately.

I cancelled my paid news server when I joined CW. The up and down nature of their server has left me relying solely on Torrents get my fix. Torrents pretty much line speed all day on CW :D

We do line migrations as a team with one member each responsible for the technical side, and billing, so it is always processed in the morning.

Just wanted to commend the CW support staff on their service. Whereas other ISPs will barely acknowledge a support request within 48hrs, CW responded, investigated and kept me informed at regular intervals without my even prompting them. Much appreciated!

Are we any closer to being able to pay by CC?

We absolutely are, yes. Current indications from the developers are that it should pass final testing in the next few days.
 
CW please see pm. I've tried the support route, but the agents can't seem to give me a clear answer.
 
So I've been experiencing something weird lately.

Some sites I browse (Outlook in particular) is really slow all the time. Also, If I try to load images from lets say 9gag and google images, it takes forever. Other sites however I have no problem and downloads are great.

Is this at all possible?
