Yeah I don't think a power cycle will fix it. It was working fine all through D3 and then red light on the router. Also, not being able to access the website tells me that the issue is deeper than a power cycle.
I get it about 3 to 4 times a month where the net dies. Can't access the router web interface, then power cycling it to get access works but had a few occasions where this also don't get the net back. Leaving it off for 20 to 30 mins fixes the problem and if I have time I then contact support to find out if everything is OK.
