How can I tell my usage on the 100 Gb capped account I won? The client area won't let me in.

Just hop over to live support on our site and one of the agents will refresh that login for you into our portal. :)
 
My diablo latency has been been spiking to over 500ms and sometimes 3000+ since last night. Are there any network notices for the Durban area?

Nothing that I can see at the moment. Want to talk to support about it on our site and we can see what's happening for you?
 
are the authentication issues resolved? might want to do some messing around with my network this afternoon but don't want to touch it if there's still potential auth issues

Yes, my apologies - was isolated to a few accounts on one realm by the looks of things.
 
CW, What is the current state of local gaming? I'm permanently 120 ping in dota and other games the pings are quite a bit higher... I'm a new customer but so far looks like the search for an isp continues.

I bought a Roku3 from Amazon, and signed up for Netflix today. It's working beautifully in HD - very impressed, BUT... I have a sinking feeling I've made an awful mistake... I doubt I will get ANY tv time! Also thinking I might need another line installed :erm:

Sorted my authentication issues.

Speeds go so far, I'm happy :D
