Just got issued a new username via email, working fine now, thanks Crystalweb.
 
We are. Have 3 people on it, and the upstream guys to figure out where the issue lies. Like I said, looks like it could be either Telkom related or some corrupt data somewhere. Either way it's our issue to resolve, which we will.

Just received new account details and I'm up and running on crystalweb again :)

... problem with data usage on the client portal though, probably due to the account change:

... wonder if I'll start over with 100GB again or they'll subtract my usage on the first account?
 
No usage deducation, as an apology for the auth issue.

That's definitely a bug in the system, or perhaps checking the wrong account (the old account) perhaps?

I foresee some complications ahead with your billing dept as along with the account change you've given me a new account ref (that 19 digit ref no) and increased the cost of the account to R190 from R170.

I'll address this issue with billing on Monday if I haven't heard from them before.

Hi Looney,

Your migration was processed. I see Lendl did respond and say that this was done and will confirm with you once completed.

It can take a few days to complete depending on how quickly Telkom do their admin, and we only receive a confirmation or rejection from them - no in-between updates on the process, so it's not possible for me to provide further updates just yet. It was however processed the morning after your requested it, which was yesterday, and as soon as it is confirmed by Telkom we will let you know about it.
