Sadly in this country "end of the week" means early next week (if you're lucky).I was told the same, but they don't know when the end of the week is going to be Friday or Sunday. My week ends Friday so hopefully it is Friday and not month end on Sunday.
I also have capped account for 10m line. Where do you cancel as I don't see the option in the portal?
