Article is worthless. Too much variation between products to compare prices.
I'm not so sure. When I was running both capped and uncapped Telkom Internet <spits> accounts, I'd switch to capped when uncapped was giving crap speeds, but got no improvement. No point running capped if you're subject to the same shaping/throttling/faults as uncapped. Except of course in heavy (400GB+ on 4Mbps) months when my uncapped account gets capped.
High capped products are better than any uncapped product any day.
