    On a 4 mbps and only getting 2mbps

    We have recently upgraded to a 4mbps Premium Uncapped ADSL from MWEB and we are not getting the speed we pay for. Maybe this is a Telkom issue. Downloads only reach 210kb/s and speedtest results only 1.9mbps. No throttling on our line, I have checked.
