*READ FIRST* Vodacom Problems: Slow Throughput, Trying to Connect, DNS, High Latency

I localised the problem to SSL timeouts and made vodacom aware of the issue. They wanted know my area and if other people are experiencing the same problem.

Vodacom internet has been complete trash for the entire month of November. I thought the Vodacom people would realize something was wrong after like a week but it's been almost a month now. I'm in the Morningside, Sandton area and have terrible pings that are getting worse every day. Fix your network Vodacom. Have the 300GB package from 2021 Black Friday deals. The internet worked perfectly for 12 months but this month it is trash.

In the Sandton CBD and I get these numbers. When I'm in Midrand by the highway, same thing. Honestly don't get why Vodacom's network performs so poorly. Sure, I have an old mobile modem, but when I throw an MTN SIM in it, it works well.
